Delivery Fees

A flat-rate delivery fee applies to all chair orders. This fee is automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

Service Areas

We deliver across India. Estimated transit times vary by state and pincode, typically taking between 3-7 days.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the chair must be completely disassembled, unused, and packed securely in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our facility. Due to the dimensions and weight of ergonomic chairs, please note that courier fees can be significant.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding the initial set delivery fee.
